All returned merchandise must be in new, resalable condition.

• With receipt, within 30 days: Full refund
• Without receipt or after 30 days: Store credit

Non-Returnable After 30 Days:
Optics, electronic feeders, houses, and ChirpSounds Systems cannot be returned after 30 days.

Holiday Merchandise:
Holiday merchandise cannot be returned after the associated holiday.
